COACHING OPPORTUNITIES

KW Predator's VBC is looking for experienced volleyball coaches for both boys and girls teams. Ideal candidates will have a dynamic personality and passion for the game. This coach should lead by example, encourage athletes to perform at a standard of excellence both on and off the field, and be a mentor and role model.

The volleyball season runs from September through the end of April beginning of May.

Qualifications:

• Previous playing experience at the post secondary level is an asset
• 1 – 2 years of coaching experience
• Ability to create practice plans and curriculum based on the needs of the program and abilities of the team as a whole
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Effective organizational and administrative skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
