Elite Beach Program
TRAINING FOR OVA TOUR AND TOURNAMENT PLAYERS
INCLUDING PROVINCIAL AND NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS
The Elite Preds program is a program for those athletes that want to complete at a high level.
This program is open to all athletes, regardless of club affiliation.
The athletes in this program will be training to compete in 2s tournaments or at the OVA level.
Athletes will be put into groups after an evaluation by our staff during the first week of the program.
Everyone in this program will train two times a week for 10 weeks starting on May 14, weather permitting.
Athletes that have a partner will be placed in the same group as their partner; both partners will need to register separately.
Elite Training
Players will be categorized and grouped and placed into session 1 or 2.

Elite Program session 1
Tuesday and Thursday - 5:45 pm to 7:15 pm
Location: Shark Sport Co, 401 New Dundee Road, Kitchener, ON

The training groups will provide athletes with two amazing opportunities. The first is to become familiar with the tactics and gameplay of organized beach volleyball. The second is to work with fantastic coaches who will teach the love of the game. Included in this program will be two sessions a week for an hour and a half. During these sessions, the athletes will focus on beach volleyball twos strategy, tactics, and skill work. The skill work will be complemented by gameplay and game-like training situations.
*Preds Beach will not exceed an 8 athlete to coach ratio.
