Winter Developmental Youth Programs have begun.  

KW PREDATORS' YOUTH VOLLEYBALL LEAGUE

Youth League 2023/24

Location: Huron Heights SS, 1825 Strasburg Rd. KITCHENER

Time: 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Day: Sundays

 

 

Winter Session Dates; 10 week program

 

Jan. 14, 21, 28

Feb. 4, 11,

February 25 only @ Grand River 

Mar. 3, 24

Apr. 7, 14

 

Cost: $160.00

  
  • Open to boys & girls with limited or no volleyball experience
  • 80 placements available for Sundays
  • Athletes born 2010 & 2011 only

The Youth League is a program that offers a developmental, non-competitive volleyball experience to both boys and girls in grades 7 through 8.

Each session is organized with a proper warm-up, an introductory skill lesson, followed by some competitive games and finishes with a cool down stretch. 

The following skills will be introduced or reviewed;

  • volley/set
  • forearm pass
  • serve (underhand & overhand)
  • attacking (spike, down ball & tip)
  • blocking
  • serve receive formations
  • game strategy 

There will be a significant portion of the weekly program dedicated to game play.
