On his visit he doubled down on this with an 11’4 spike touch and excelled exceptionally well at whatever test our IST team down at @yorkuperformance threw at him. Being a local athlete close to the GTA, Bowie will be able to get full summer’s of training in our weight room with our strength coaches and valuable on court off-season reps to improve his craft.
