Nationals Planning Checklist

Nationals Registration
Volleyball Canada will be continuing registration via the Expression of Interest process for 2025 Nationals. The following are some important dates to add to your calendar:

Accommodations Booking Dates
Mark your calendars! The Accommodation Booking Dates for all 2025 Nationals events are as follows:
Volleyball Canada’s Stay to Play policy is in effect for the 2025 Nationals events. This means that all participating travelling teams are required to book hotel rooms through Hudson Travel Group (HTG), Volleyball Canada’s Accommodation Management Provider, during the above dates, in order to be eligible to play in the tournament.
Additional information on preview links, Stay to Play exemption process and the Large Club Booking process will be released starting in November.

2025 Senior Open
Volleyball Canada is excited to announce the return of two Senior Open events—one in the east and one in the west!
Both events will feature an Open Men (19+) and Open Women (19+) division, welcoming university, college, and senior competitive teams. The first event will take place in British Columbia at the Richmond Oval, March 21-23, 2025 The second Senior Open will return to the Centre Sportif de Gatineau, March 28-30, 2025.
