Best of luck to these eight Ontario athletes selected to the @volleyballcanada National Excellence Program!

Over the next four months, the selected athletes will be training in Richmond, BC under the watch of Head Coach Shannon Winzer and her staff. They will be provided technical and tactical training in line with the Senior Women’s National Team as well as competition opportunities with local university and college programs.

The group will also have a regiment of strength and conditioning, nutrition education and mental performance and well-being while balancing their educational studies.

From the athletes in the NEP, a roster of 12 athletes will be selected to represent Canada at the U18 Girls' World Championships held in Durango, Mexico, from September 20-29.
